NATIVE CASE HANDLING

Solutions for Warehouse & Distribution

Distribution facilities automatically manage unlimited SKU volume from door-to-door while gaining predictive inventory management capabilities and downstream efficiency gains.

Goods are stored in their native cases within a fully secured system, on shelves with just enough clear space for each case without the need for totes or trays.

LESS-THAN-CASE HANDLING

Solutions for
Micro-Fulfillment

Each-pick and low unit of measure operations are optimized for fast order fulfillment through the SymMicro System.

Goods are decanted into the SymMicro System, loose in totes, optimized for picking. Totes are automatically retrieved from storage by SymBots and presented to an ergonomic pick station where an operator fulfills multiple orders simultaneously.

SymMicro Systems are flexible and can be adapted for larger facilities or used in the back of retail stores. They are tri-zone temperature capable, allowing ambient, refrigerated, and frozen goods to be managed within a single solution.

TRANSFORM YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Solutions for All Industries

Symbotic Solutions are highly flexible and can be adapted for almost any industry where palletized goods, small quantity fulfillment, or omnichannel operations are run. Goods as small as 1 lb and 2 x 6.4 x 5 inches to as large as 60 lbs and 36 x 24 x 16.2 inches can be automatically managed and fulfilled in their native packaging. Loose items with an even wider size range and with cold chain requirements have effective automation options with Symbotic.
