The Summer Intern session is a 12-week, full-time (40 hours Monday-Friday) program while the Co-op cohorts typically run 16-weeks in the Spring and Fall. In both programs, students are paid a competitive hourly rate. Continue reading to learn more about this exciting opportunity!
What you'll do
Assist Symbotic’s Electrical Engineering team with developing, documenting, testing, building, and debugging of the latest technologies used on our autonomous bots.
Support the test teams where applicable.
Work with cross functional teams to verify designs and resolve issues.
What you'll need
Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience with basic lab equipment (scopes, meters, power supplies).
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office suite.
Familiar with engineering design tools (Orcad, Autocad or similar).
Comfortable with presenting to peers, cross functional teams and senior team members.
Our Environment
Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
