What we need
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Master Scheduler to join our dynamic PMO team. You will be instrumental in driving project success by developing and managing comprehensive schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring projects stay on track. Your ability to transform complex data into clear and compelling visual presentations will be crucial in communicating project status and recommendations to executive leadership. This is a fast paced and dynamic position within our team!
What we do
The PMO team is part of the finance organization, playing a critical role in managing the multiple organizations across the company. The PMO team is truly cross functional – working directly with key stakeholders in Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Implementation and Operations. In addition to being tasked with managing the overall program, the PMO is also responsible for leading the charge on the affordability projects, which play a crucial role in Symbotic hitting its financial targets.
What you’ll do
Create and maintain Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project Professional, Smart Sheets and Power BI
Create PowerPoint presentations for project updates to be delivered to the Executive Leadership Team
Develop and provide project status presentations to senior leadership.
Plan, coordinate, and visualize all significant program activities and schedules developed and maintained within PMO.
Support Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan)
Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) – in support of Proposal Projects in accordance w/ scheduling policies and best practices/guidelines.
Analyze trends, develop reports, facilitate communication and provide feedback on contractor performance.
Integrate the work of Symbotic and contractor tasks and activities into a critical path schedule in a fast-paced, real-time environment. Develop ways to reduce cycle time on projects through schedule analysis.
Provide critical path impact analysis and recommending conflict resolution actions as required to Program Manager.
Identify and forecast scheduling trends and provide recommendations to mitigate risks to program schedule.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing complex schedules and priorities in dynamic environments
Minimum 3 years’ experience creating and delivering presentations using MS PowerPoint
Proficient in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
Ability to learn Smart Sheets scheduling.
Ability to work, influence, and gain consensus across multiple functions
Experience using MS Excel, as well as demonstrated proficiencies in Project, Visio, ERP systems, Open Air and other related applications
Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow up and anticipate challenges
Capable of leading and executing tasks associated with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) planning, development, execution and analysis
Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting daily with high level customers and ability to deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand)
Our Environment
Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
